Hormone replacement therapy provider: Women’s Wellness MD

I was looking for a new women’s health doctor after previously being seen at a very large private practice network in the DC area. There I felt more like a number and a patient in revolving door rather than an individual. So naturally I was in the market for a provider that I felt would listen to me, get to know me and be a part of my care team in a more close knit way. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Okasi and I was impressed with her practice before I even stepped in the door for my appointment. Her team is super efficient making sure I had multiple appointment reminders as well as getting my insurance info squared away before my visit. The Columbia office had Saturday appointments which was extremely convenient as it can be difficult to get time off from work during the week. The office is clean and bright, and every person I encountered was personable and pleasant. The medical assistant was warm and friendly, and Dr. Okasi was sure to explain everything step by step as it happened. She’s also really funny :) and just has a caring spirit. I’m glad I switched providers and am looking forward to continuing care with Women’s Wellness MD!

I have never had a negative experience with Dr. Okasi or her team! The ladies at the front desk are always helpful and friendly. Dr. Okasi is fantastic, she always listens to all of my concerns and is able help me make educated decisions for my health. I love that I can text the office for any questions or to make an appointment, so I do not have to stress about making a phone call!

Today was my third Annual GYN visit, and per usual, I was in and out within 30 minutes. However, I did not feel rushed. I am always called within 5 minutes after my arrival. And once in the back, all my questions/concerns are addressed and back at the receptionist’s desk in no time making my next appointment. Staff is very nice as well!

I would definitely recommend Woman's Wellness. The front desk staff were very welcoming and checked me in right away. The wait area is classy and the music in the waiting area was very uplifting. Dr. Okasi was VERY personable and my service was very quick and easy. Dr. Okasi grows a personal relationship with her clients and she genuinely wants to see us healthy!
