Both NP’s at Urban are absolutely phenomenal. They listen, have excellent assessment skills and although they are running a business I feel warm, welcome, safe and taken care of. It is wonderful to truly trust your practitioner (especially as a practitioner myself). I could not be happier And highly recommend this practice.

I love this place, I was so skeptical, only about taking care of me. Urban esthetics is the place if you want to freshen your look or go deeper. Janell is so warm and inviting and she makes you feel comfortable …. she connects with you before she even walks in the room. I love my new gentle refresh, I plan to go for a deeper facial soon. If I could give it 10 stars I would! I was so extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Taylor. She showed me around and went over the different services they provide. I had a facial with Grace and it was honestly everything I didn't know I needed! She was so very nice and informative. I cannot wait to go back and see them both! Do yourself a favor and schedule yourself for some TLC.

Jeanel is the best. She is so friendly and makes everyone feel at ease and relaxed during their visit. She is also extremely talented at what she does, that's why I continue to go back to see her. Would 100% recommend her to anyone in the area.
