I don't know who was running Total Performance before with the prior reviews. Danielle and Jessica are top notch by far the best. I've been getting Biote Pellets for a little over a year now. Thwy have changed my life. I drive an hour and half for treatment. The office is clean, friendly, and flexible scheduling can usually get me in within a day or 2, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

In the current era of impersonal healthcare and fake internet products that don't work, discovering TPM has been a refreshing experience. Jessica and her team genuinely prioritize your well-being, consistently going the extra mile to help anyway they can. Their attentive approach to patient care (and my overall health not just my hormones) has significantly improved my health, granting me a sense of vitality I haven't felt since my early 20s. If you have any reservations, I can assure you that your only regret engaging with TPM will be not seeking their guidance sooner.

If anyone thinks little of this place, well let me erase any negativity. This place is one of the most welcoming clinics I've ever been to, That is the smallest of the benefits they provide. I've had an overall great experience with this facility. They have been surprisingly honest and up front about all aspects of their treatments. This has been a pleasant surprise and a welcome change of pace from what I'd grown accustomed to in my dealings with very similar facilities. I believe they care about the oatient and not just themselves and theor bottom line. Great customer service and great experience!!
