I received laser hair removal and a hydrofacial. Ileana, is the best! She has great customer service, very knowledge and gives great advise on skin care! I was nervous for the laser hair removal but she walked me through it and it was painless. Sugarloaf Wellness offers other types of services check them out!

I have back trouble and can not sit-ups or crunches anymore. Just completed a three month plan targeted at strengthening core, Increasing abdominal strength and flexibility. It was very helpful and results were good. Pricey but worth it if you are serious about increasing abdominal strength. Ileana is a very good coach too!

I have been getting Lymphatic massages and they have been absolutely amazing along with redlight therapy. I've also gotten an amazing hydro facial.....they are/were all so fabulous.
