Heather is the Best! She is very happy and pleasant in person and very patient with my questions. She also gives instructions in a way I can easily understand. I feel like she has my best interest at heart. As far as the portal questions, She almost always answers the same day, as long as I get my concerns in at a decent time. Heather is very down to earth. You can’t go wrong with her!
