I came in to get tattoo laser removal for tattooed eyebrows. It was my first time and honestly I was scared. My technician was Thea. Firstly, the waiting area is beautiful and very cozy. They offer coffee, tea and water with all the accoutrements. Candy, reading material, etc. The receptionist was lovely. She was friendly, very kind, helpful and informative. Thea came out to introduce herself and brought me to a room to begin the consultation and services. Honestly 10/10 isn't a high enough score to give her in my opinion. I absolutely adored her. She made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. She really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and was informed. She's honestly everything you'd want in a tech. You can tell she's a beautiful person inside and out by how she interacts and treats people. The tattoo removal was SO FAST. She did everything to make sure I was comfortable, talked me through everything, helped keep me distracted and ensured I knew how to take care of the area after. She discussed all the payment options with me and set up a 4 week follow up appointment. I fully plan on looking into other services at Physicians MedSpa solely from my experience and interaction with Thea. Anyone who goes that far and beyond for customer service loves their job and loves their clients. It feels so rare in today's world. Anyways this is longer than intended but I wanted to share my experience with examples and why I think you should book at Physicians Med Spa. I am certain everyone else is just as lovely as Thea and the receptionist I met today. I will absolutely be back for more than the tattoo removal. 10/10 experience, 10/10 vibes, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 costs. It was so much affordable than I anticipated. I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve been coming here for year since before it became physician med spa. Everyone has alway been so polite and knowledgeable. I’ve alway felt welcome and never had bad experience. I will continue to come here they offer so many beauty care. I recommend and refer them all the time. Anyone who ask me about where I go for laser hair removal I tell them about med spa. You won’t be disappointed.

Laser Center of Milford ( Physicians Med Spa) is by far the best esthetic based spa center I've been to in our area. The doctor and all of the girls are highly thourough and caring. They formulated an entire custom plan for my skin and taught me exactly what I should be using to target my specific issues. Not only topical but specific treatments that will help my texture, wrinkles, acne scarring and dark spots. They are all so friendly and truly care about helping me understand that I not only need to treat the outter layer of my skin with specific products but on a deeper level with treatments like laser resurfacing, radio frequency microneedling and more options to get the results I can't wait to have! I highly highly recommend Physicians Med Spa to anyone taking their skin seriously and not just looking for a little botox to bandage the issue. Thank you 🙏
