Hormone replacement therapy provider: Palm Beach Health Center

I really don't know how to start my review. I was so frustrated with my last neurologist and lack of listening and constantly pushing pregabalin on me. I have small neuropathy and double carpel tunnel. My pain level was 10 plus I was on Pregabalin (Lyrica) 300 mg ibuprofen, Tylenol and the pain never went away. I used to run Marathons workout 5 days a week. I'm a chef so I eat properly most of the time. I gained 60+pounds from my meds. I still lived in constant pain and never slept. I stop driving because my left eye hurts all the time. My feet hurt daily and I either had to use my cane or I carried it with me everywhere we went. Some days I would cry at 2 in the morning because the pain was unbearable. I couldn't walk a mile, and if I tried I would collapse from the extreme pain it caused. I got so tired of my neurologist doing nothing and when I got diagnosed with double carpel tunnel he said I just would have to deal with it I was done. I needed help... I started googling neurologist and came across PBHC and scheduled an appointment. The staff was so kind right when you walk in. I did my evaluation Dr. Nate who for the first time in 10 years listened to me and all the pain I'm in and said I can help. I thought OK they all say that. He said I can 95% guarantee it. After more talking and going over his suggested plan. I went home and thought it over. I have no insurance and don't work. I decided I needed to give him a try. I started cleaning houses, walking dogs and house-sitting to pay for the treatment. I started in December with my first treatment. I can't believe within a week I slept. The second week I started feeling better no more headaches, no eye pain. I could finally walk normal. Month in and now I walk a lot. I've lost 20 pounds as of today. I am no longer on any neuropathy meds or over the counter pain meds. I still do my treatments and still go in for adjustments. I didn't do everything constantly like I should have and fell off the treatments, but when I started to get out of my routine Dr. Nate would encourage me to get back into it. I can honestly say Dr. Nate saved my life I was ready to give up. Many times I would pray to God to take my life I'm done. Please don't give up. They all have a gift at Palm Beach Health Center. I now have several family members going and friends who they are feeling great and some off their meds now. They do a lot of things here and it's worth it. I had Dr Matt on this visit in the images who is just an amazing man. If you Google him he has accomplished so much. When I told him what my life was like to now you can see it in his eyes he cared and it was refreshing for me. Jodi who is just a wonderful person and always amazes me how she knows everyone's name and says hello. The other Doctors are awesome. I only wish I would have called them years ago. I'm signed up for a marathon in 2026 and can't wait.

Breath of fresh air is the way I could describe the Palm Beach Health Center! I have gone to many chiropractors and doctors for my pain and discomfort in my shoulder, neck and knee and none have given me results. But I finally found PBHC and I'm so excited for my next 6 month care treatment. My first sit down with Hope was amazing. She listened and was very attentive to what I expressed I was feeling. She made me feel comfortable and she addressed any questions I had. Dr. Jason was very thorough in doing the first physical examination where he was able to see how misaligned my spine and shoulder are, and he also explained in detail how those parts of the body should work and that he and the team would do their best to get me back to feeling my old (I use that term loosely) self again. I came back and had my X-rays explained to me by Hope and Dr. Jason and I began my treatment. Once I was adjusted, I felt immediate relief and knew I was on the right path to wellness. I am looking forward to my 2nd adjustment today with the team and I will update my review in 6 months when my treatment care is over to describe the results which I'm sure will be amazing. Before I forget, their team at the front desk is amazing and extremely welcoming. They have such a great team that they work with your schedule and make it easy for you to reschedule appointments should anything come up. I would definitely recommend PBHC to anyone looking for spinal and body wellness.

The entire staff is so friendly. Even staff members just passing through where I am, say hello to me by name. Dr. Nathan and Dr. V take an interest in how I am feeling and how they can help every time I see them, even if they are not treating me on that day. I have been to a number of different chiropractic practices over the years, and find that Palm Beach Health Center is, by far, the best. They utilize many different technics to treat their patients, rather than picking a "one size fits all" model.

I've been treating here for about 5 months now with Sam. I was at the end of my rope trying to lose weight. I was doing everything right and eating healthy and nothing seemed to work including going to my primary and endocrinologist that I had been seeing for years. After getting the green light that everything was normal and OK from both of them, I just wasn't feeling like my normal energetic myself. I decided to have my bloodwork checked by PBHC and was diagnosed with stage 4 Hashimoto's Disease. (and yes.. I had this confirmed with other opinions) Since my diagnosis, lifestyle changes and a protocol to follow, I have lost over 30 pounds in 3 months, brought my antibodies down dramatically and have reduced my inflammation markers. I felt the other doctors weren't listening to me and glad I listened to my body because without the discipline help and encouragement of Sam, Jodi, Laura and Susi who have now become my personal support group... This would have progressed possibly to cancer. If I hadn't gone to see Sam I wouldn't have found out. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who might be struggling the same way I was. If you have any reason to something is off even a little... Do IT! You have nothing to lose and a healthy life to gain back!!

I’ve been in the decompression program at Palm Beach Health Center for about three weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They started with a thorough evaluation before beginning the program, which gave me confidence in their approach. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to see how I’m doing throughout the process. They go out of their way to accommodate any schedule changes, which makes continuing treatment so much easier. With multiple doctors available, it’s never a problem to find an appointment time that works. Overall, the care and professionalism here are top-notch.
