She had very great bedside manners and was there to listen to every health concern I had. The staff was amazing and very respectful, from the front desk to my vitals being assessed and having my next appointment being scheduled. Highly recommend you having your next appointment here!

I've been here with both Estella, and now with Elisa, and hands down this is the BEST doctor's office! I will admit that I wasn't too sure after Estella had left if it would be the same, but now that Elisa is here I'm having my teenage daughter see her and I cannot ask for her to be in any better hands. Patient, caring, focused on bettering your health, attentive is what I've always gotten here at Optimum! I recommend all my family and friends. The entire staff is great and the wait time is remarkable, I'm in and out within an hour and get quality care.

My mom referred me here telling me how great her experience was. I dread going to the OBGYN, it’s always such an awkward experience. Definitely not like any other doctors office. Very well decorated and clean and truly feels aimed at women. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. I was so surprised to be in and out within an hour. Doctor was lovely and immediately fawned over one of my tattoos. It was by far the smoothest, easiest and most relaxed pap I have ever had and that just means so much to me after so many years of transactional appointments and no empathy. I hope this place never changes.

Highly recommend this office and provider. Mrs. Rios is a extremely knowledgeable and caring provider. She listened to my concerns and provided exceptional care. I will say she is superior to the providers I have seen over the years for primary care services and woman’s health services. I have a complex health situation and she tested for possible causes that could be adding or exacerbating my symptoms. She ran lab test and provided referrals for ultrasound, as well as exams for preventative care. She explained the results to me and provided recommendations. Bonus, she also also so many beautification treatments, which my spouse used and was highly impressed. If you are a women who is looking for excellent care from a provider that really listens, is understanding, and knowledgeable, then go see her. You will not be disappointed.
