To start,The front end staff are very welcoming immediately remembers who I am and greets me with such kindness the moment I walked in. The office is always clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Jen who took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the thoroughness and compassion shown during my visit. Also Nurse Mata! I am always in good hands with her! Soon as you enter that room for your services it’s as if you’ve known her for yours the level of comfort is always on point! See for your self’s! Dr. Mata did an amazing job on my mommy makeover. I absolutely love my results and am so glad I chose him. His office staff was so lovely to work with as well. They would answer all my questions and always had a helpful and happy demeanor with anything I needed. She was gentle but firm, always pushing me to recover faster with kindness and a smile. The front desk team was welcoming and professional, making every visit easy and stress-free. They even let me crash their patient party before I was officially a patient, which I consider a major win! I’m now six weeks post op, feeling and looking amazing, and I’m ready for my Europe trip this weekend. Every bit of the drive was worth it for this level of care and the stunning, natural results.
