Angie was lovely, ensuring I was comfortable, introducing me to services without a hard sell, explaining treatments, and post care. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and Angie has been a tremendous help on my weight loss journey. She’s extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear. She’s honest and keeps expectations realistic. She not only has helped me reach my target weight, she has also provided me with other services. She really cares and never tries to convince me to do this or that, just for profit. Anyone who has been to other spas will know what I mean. Really can tell she has our best interests at the forefront. Also, as far as cost for the many services offered here, definitely get way for your money.

This was a pleasant surprise to find clean whole real food. It was delicious and fresh. The owner took care of my party. He was delightful and so proud of the quality of his choices for the best food he bring us. Can't want till we return to try more items. When you are trying your best not eat highly processed foods and stay away from gluten and such. This lovely cafe fits the bill. Thank you for making my choices easy.

Angie not only is great at what she does but a joy to be around. She always has her patients' best interests at heart, to the point where she calls herself a bad businesswoman :-) I've met my goal of losing roughly 10% of my body weight and am working on learning new eating habits.
