Hormone replacement therapy provider: Lily’s Med Spa & Salon

(3 stars for the headspa; 5 stars for the massage, ambiance, and friendly front desk staff.) My cousin and I booked classic head spa treatments after seeing Lily’s on TikTok. While the pricing is fair, the head spa itself was underwhelming. The service felt rushed, the pressure was very light, and it felt more like a basic hair wash than a true scalp massage. During my cousin’s treatment, the provider’s family came into the space, which felt a bit unprofessional (although she personally didn’t mind), and there were no intake questions or check-ins. My scalp did feel cleaner afterward, and the blow-dry was a nice touch, but overall the head spa experience lacked technique and relaxation. Sheila at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance of the spa and treatment rooms was beautiful. Now for the highlight: Amy. She is absolutely incredible and deserves special recognition. She carefully reviewed our intake forms, asked thoughtful questions, and focused entirely on our individual needs. Her skill, intuition, and presence are unmatched. I’ve had massages all over the country, and this was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Amy is a true healer, clearly passionate about her work, and we will both 100% be returning to see her!

I had the most amazing facial with Suzie at Lily’s Med Spa & Salon! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and truly takes her time to customize the facial to your skin’s needs. My skin was glowing, smooth, and refreshed immediately after, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. Suzie has the best touch and explains everything she’s doing, which made the experience even better.
