I found Into the Woods Wellness when searching for a place that could help my daughter who’s expecting her first baby. She had severe nausea and vomiting for the first number of months of her pregnancy. We are both so very thankful for the wonderful help and kind care of the sweet ladies who administered the B6 with B5 injection to her 3 times per week during the first half of her pregnancy. Their help, advice, and knowledge made a world of difference for her. Their compassion was a great blessing, too. I highly recommend Into the Woods Wellness.

Just under a year ago I decided to go to Into The Woods Wellness to learn how to improve my health more naturally and just feel better physically. In under a year I have learn how to fuel my body, what foods help me and which ones hinder my health. I've learn how to move my body to increase my energy and reduce my stress. And I have learned that self-care is not selfish but necessary. I use their Infrared sauna, salt booth therapy, ionic detox foot bath, and IV therapy. I have also taken several classes that they have offered for not only physical health, but emotional and spiritual well-being and benefited in ways that have been so helpful to me! The staff is so caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable! Thrir health coaches guide you and offer amazing support! Their staff always greet you with a smile and a hug and always know you by name! I would recommend you to reach out to them regardless of your needs! They will listen to your concerns, treat you with amazing kindness and treat you like family, and recommend services and testing specifically to your individual needs in a natural and healthful way. Into the Woods Wellness is fills my heart with Gratitude for all I have learned and experienced!

Focusing on holistic health and wellness, I made an appointment for blood draw/panel. I am awful with needles and bloodwork, but Nurse Jen was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and everything went great! I cannot say the same for past experiences at the hospital or clinics in the area. I felt like I was important and not just another patient to get in and out the door. Jen explained things in great detail and got me excited to learn more and continue my holistic wellness journey. They truly care about me, my wellness, and living life in the best of health; not just surface level testing, diagnosis, and prescriptions.
