Dr. Maehara helped me BIG time with his weight loss program. Late June 2023, I started with 235lbs at 6’1” and went down to 186lbs today, almost 50lb reduction. I went from a size 36 waist to a 32 in less than 3 months. It wasn’t easy to do and took a lot of discipline, but I’m almost to my goal of 180 in hopes of getting rid of my spare tire lol which has already started to shrink.
