This clinic was an answered prayer! I was seen the same day I called, and the entire staff greeted me with kind, calming and gentle spirits, something I really needed. They truly cared about what I was experiencing and aimed to offer a holistic healing recommendation to get me feeling better. I'm so glad I found Grassroots!!

Let me just say a friend and family member recommended this place to me. I just moved back to Oklahoma recently and was looking for a pediatrician for my son close by. I look and watch closely to how doctors and nurses treat my baby… I’m always that way. I have a happy, active boy & I was SO very pleased with Katie and Brooke! They took wonderful care of my 8 month old son. Very caring and kind! And very thorough on any questions I had. Treated my baby like a family member on our first visit. That means a lot to me personally. Definitely recommend! I will most likely be getting a check up for my self as well as more visits for my son. Worth the money in my opinion.

I am a dietitian that has shared patients with Brooke and Gloria, both nurse practitioners at Grassroots. They are both extremely professional and knowledgable, but even more importantly - passionate and caring. They truly care about the well-being of their patients and go above the call of duty in order to make sure that they receive the best care possible. I recommend patients to Grassroots frequently!

I wish all medical providers were as attentive & knowledgeable as the providers at Grassroots. Every provider I’ve seen here really listens and does their best to get at the root cause of your problems. Dr. Tate, Brooke, Katie, Gloria, Jane, and all her staff have a whole person wellness mentality and stay on top of current research to guide you on your wellness journey. So many health practitioners have a don’t fix it until it’s broken beyond repair mentality & that’s not the case at Grassroots. I am a woman moving into perimenopause & so many providers overlook the changes I’m experiencing but they’ve been able to recommend supplements & other approaches that have really been helpful. I feel like I have a team that works with me on my wellness journey not just someone whose going to patch me up when I spring a leak.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of every staff member I have encountered at Grassroots! This office runs so smoothly and the communication is amazing. It’s not hard to reach anyone or ask questions. Gloria is attentive and takes the time to really listen and converse. I do not feel like a number here! I hate Doctor’s offices, but I’m thanking God that I found such a great place to receive care!
