I went to Elite for Botox and saw Olyna. Very kind and welcoming. I have been going to another location to get Botox and I was not being listened to about the amount being put in my forehead causing my eyelids to “droop,” but after seeing Olyna I am now sure that was the cause because this time they are not like that and she spaced out the amount evenly across my forehead. The prices can’t be beat either! I have been paying double the amount for basically nothing. I will be going back and hope to make this my new esthetic home 🙂

I recently began a weight loss journey at another local med spa that does not submit insurance. I came back to Olyna at Elite health and wellness and my office visits are covered by insurance as well as some vitamin injections. She was also able to submit my weight loss meds through my insurance and got it approved! I pay soooooo much less now. The office staff is great and they are available and not always "out of town". I highly recommend.

Super friendly staff and excellent care for the providers, Olyna and Starla have hearts of gold and really do their absolute best to give great care to all that come in! I can't say enough of how much I actually enjoy having visits to the Dr's office now, before it was long waits, I was a number and not a person, this office actually cares and will spend extra time at the visit if it is needed to make sure you are heard and your concerns are answered, rare to find now days!
