I had a really good experience at Desert Oasis. The environment is calm and perfect for a self-care day. Melissa is super nice and works with you based on your needs. I brought my 3mo old to Melissa for CFT and I can confidently say it helped our little one out so much! Over the sessions I saw him become clearly more comfortable in daily life, happier in his car seat, less fussy in general, better bowel schedule (you know it’s important moms 😜) and generally “chiller” that’s how I could best describe it! Melissa is great! She is a calm and sweet presence and very understanding and patient knowing babies will be babies! If you’re a mom struggling with a baby that just seems way fussier than normal, take them to see her!

I have been going to Desert Oasis Wellness since October 2025 for immunity boost IVs, as I am a teacher who works with young students and surrounded by germs on a daily basis. I have always had a low immune system always prone to get sick easily. But since October, my immune system has boosted and i have not gotten sick as often as I had in the past, as I come to Desert Wellness Oasis once a month for an IV. I have nothing but positive things to say with my experience each time I go see Melissa at Desert Oasis Wellness.
