Hormone replacement therapy provider: Charleston Pain Relief Center

I’ve been going to CPRC for years and it keeps getting better. I love the staff, who welcome you and take care of you as soon as you enter. The chiropractors are all amazing. I’ve been seeing Dr. Renato regularly and can’t say enough about his patient care. He is very experienced and I always leave with more knowledge about how my body works, how to take care of it, and feeling better. He can feel if I’ve been having headaches, without me ever mentioning them.

In the past 8 days I have been to my chiropractor 2x, physical therapist, 2 deep tissue massages and urgent care with no relief from a trapped nerve in a disk. I called Charleston pain relief last evening and they were able to get me in first thing this am. Everyone I met was so helpful friendly and compassionate. Abby helped come up with a game plan for my pains and I was able to get treatment a few minutes later. I’m so happy I went bc they were able to give me options my regulars healers don’t use. I’m not completely out of pain yet but I am very positive that I will be feeling better by the end of the day. The whole place was very upbeat and the staff all seemed to really enjoy working there. It cost me less than the urgent care visit cost and I got so much more of what I was looking for. I’m hoping my pain is gone for now but if I ever get in that situation again they will be the first ppl I call and I will for sure recommend them to anyone I come across who needs pain management. I have bone on bone arthritis in my left ankle. I went to Chas Pain Relief Center for prolozone therapy injection into the ankle joint. Thankfully, I experienced about six weeks of pain relief. I then decide to go for a longer lasting treatment of stem cell therapy, which will hopefully rebuild the ankle joint. I had the first part of the treatment..an injection of A2M (which cleans up debris in the joint) five days ago. The staff explained it would help reduce the ankle pain in about four days and that is exactly what happened! After four days my ankle was pain free and I will have the stem cells injected in six weeks and will report back on the results. I have appreciated the thorough explanation their staff gives prior to the procedures and the caring follow up calls. They are realistic about what to expect and so far their treatments have delivered!

Such a great experience! The staff is so friendly and engaging. I already feel better. I would like to give a special shout out to Kayla Blann, their amazing nurse practitioner. She really is awesome at what she does.

I am a new patient. I had my initial consultation today. I went in, not really knowing what to think, and truthfully, I was more than a little skeptical. The two women at the front desk could not have been more professional, with engaging conversation, and incredible smiles to greet me. They made me feel very comfortable. And then, I was introduced to a case manager named Abbie. She gave me a brief tour of the facility and we met in a room for a consultation. Abbie completely had me from hello. She was incredibly impressive with her calm demeanor, warm smile and professionalism. She immediately put me at ease - as I initially explained…. I was not sure I would wind up being a patient. She asked me my concerns, and did a thorough Q&A with what my health concerns were and explained what I could expect as a patient. Abbie and the rest of the staff were not just great, they were outstanding. Just a little bit more context… I own an operate several businesses that deal with clients, and perspective clients every day. I’m not sure what you do for training and developing your staff, but I left thinking this was the best customer service and professionalism that I had ever witnessed! And I’ve been around a long time.
