I was super skeptical about chiropractic and had some apprehension due to previous experiences with a different style of chiropractic. Dr. Joe and his team were so much different than I expected, explained the process, walked me through the mechanics of how the techniques worked, and were so kind and friendly. Went in with lower back and neck issues and after a week I felt better than I had in years and it has kept getting better and I have maintained feeling tremendously better. I can’t recommend these folks enough and highly recommend them!
