Hormone replacement therapy provider: Optima Medical – South Bullhead City

I had a great experience at Optima South today. Lisa Stanley, FNP, was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listened to my medical concerns. Her assistant, Summer, was warm and friendly and made the visit feel comfortable from start to finish. The front desk staff was also wonderful—welcoming, helpful, and efficient. It’s refreshing to be treated with such care and respect. Highly recommended.

Optima Medical is top notch. The staff is very professional and courteous. I've never been one who likes going to the doctor and will avoid it as long as possible, but from the minute I walked in the door, the inviting atmosphere put me at ease. Jennifer Burns, FNP, was very thorough and knowledgeable and she listened to me. I left my appointment confident that I will receive the proper treatment for my medical issue.

Dr Stanley is the best Dr around. She always listens to what I have to say and is very understanding. Not to mention it doesn’t matter if I show up early I have never had to wait. The entire staff is great.

I was very impressed with the attention to labs, cardio and lungs that were performed as a baseline for a new patient. I feel comfortable knowing I can contact to schedule an updated appointment if needed. They will have all of my information up to date and viewed all in my areas of concern. Lab Techs, Front Desk, Assistants and my Nurse Practitioner made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thankyou 😁

This was my first visit to Dr. Rothenberg. I wish I had come earlier. Everyone from the front office staff to Veronica to Dr. Rothenberg is welcoming, caring and professional. Check in goes smoothly and quickly. Everyone listens to what you are saying and answers your questions. Anyone thinking about coming, stop thinking and make your appointment.
