Been using them for a couple years now. Wellness checkup, sickness and occasional injury. I’ve dealt with Kenton Parsons and Chad Hott and found them both to be helpful and attentive and happy to answer all of my questions. I found the rest of the staff to be helpful and friendly as well. Glad to have them nearby.

Chad and his office have always been so welcoming and kind to my family and I. He is such an amazing listener and makes me feel heard. He understands and his willingness to take the time to talk things through is like no other doctor I have ever had. Past doctor's Ive always felt like they felt because they were the doctor that they knew best and I just had to listen and do what's I was told. At Chad's office he asks how you feel about the plan he thinks would be good for you and if you dont agree he discusses it and thinks of another way approach it. Hes always cracking jokes with my kids and is very responsive through the patient portal. His staff is always so funny and welcoming, Matthew, is so funny and always seems to have a smile on his face. The front desk ladies absolutely do their best to help everyone in a timely and quick matter. I see the stress they deal with on a daily basis just by standing there for a few moments. It has to be so stressful to have the phones ringing off the hook, people checking in and people checking out and they all do a great job. For people to think that they are rude must not understand the hard work it takes to handle people coming in, out, plus being the front line for the angry/sick people. I am so lucky to have a doctors office so close to home that is actually there for me when my family needs them! Thank you Trinity Family Health

Chad and the staff at Trinity treat their patients with empathy and respect. The nurses and secretarial staff are always friendly, customer service is top notch and the wait time is minimal. I always recommend them to anyone I know looking for healthcare in the area.
