I have been seeing Dr. Chapman for so long that I honestly can’t remember the exact year I first became her patient—it has been decades. She is truly wonderful: patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. She always takes the time to explain everything in a way that helps me make informed decisions about my care. What I appreciate most is that she explains not just what we are doing, but also the why and how behind it. That level of communication means a lot to me. She consistently takes the time to discuss my concerns and work with me to find the best possible solutions. When the time came for surgery, she made sure every one of my questions was answered and involved me in deciding how I wanted to move forward. The procedure was performed very professionally using laser surgery, and my recovery went smoothly without any issues. I would also like to mention Rosemary at the front desk, who has gone out of her way to help me on many occasions. Her kindness and willingness to assist have made a real difference. I plan to continue seeing Dr. Chapman for as long as she is practicing. I’m very grateful to have her as my doctor.

Dr Chapman is a rare gem of a practitioner who takes extra time to listen to her patients, answer questions and address concerns. Everyone at this practice, including the front office and nursing staff treat everyone with dignity, respect and provide excellent service.
