I love my appointments at Alternative Therapy! They do an incredible job with explaining and educating. The staff is warm and welcoming and I have been thrilled with the services they provide.

My sister in law and I received Hydrafacials as gifts, and we had such a good experience with Hailey. The wellness spa is comfortable and relaxing, and Hailey was warm and knowledgeable about the treatments. All of the staff were super welcoming and offered advice and explanations about what each treatments entails. My SIL even got a Glow IV drip while she was waiting for me. We will be back!

My experience with Alternative Therapy MD has been absolutely wonderful. From the very first interaction of submitting my personal information to 16 weeks coming to the end of a scheduled program, I have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My first appointment with Jessie was phenomenal, I have never felt so comfortable with a new medical professional. She heard me! She listened to everything I was sharing and she helped me make a plan. She did not sugarcoat anything, she told me the tool she had to offer, but made it clear I had to do the work. Every week for 16 weeks I have been in that office and every week that team has been consistent. It speaks volumes. Yes, I could have chose a different facility, yes there were cheaper options but this was an example of you get the service you pay for and I could not be happier. Now I am at a crossroads, is my journey done? I am not sure but I am so happy with the support I have had that I am waiting to make a decision until I meet with Jessie and am heard again ;) thank you Alternative Therapy MD for your services and professionalism. I had my first visit here and it was a 10/10 experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and Jules did an amazing job at my hydra facial. She went through each step with me making sure I understood what she was doing and why. My skin was absolutely glowing and I can’t wait to get another one!

I had my first visit to Alternative Therapy as well as first ever Hydrafacial! I was super impressed with everyone at Alternative Therapy, especially Hailey my service provider! Very friendly staff, very clean environment and very professional atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to everyone. I will be going back in the near future to take advantage of their IV drip services!
