I absolutely love the staff here. They're attentive, patient, and they seem to actually like their job. Dr. Bergstresser is awesome, she's so nice to my girls, and listens to my concerns and my daughters. It's not often that a doctor really takes input from a child, they usually depend on the parent to describe the issues, but I believe in bodily autonomy and the fact that their doctor and the nurses sit and listen to all of their concerns and addresses them is so important. It fosters an inclination to trust health care professionals in my kiddos and hopefully it makes them more confident in advocating for their personal health needs in the future. Again, awesome clinic 10/10

I am new to Colorado Springs and was looking for a doctor. Was very pleased to have found this provider. From the receptionist Ryan, to Dr Vanessa and of course Tracy Wilson. I am happy to go to a Dr that listens to me and doesn't just give put medication she is genuinely concerned about your health. She talks to you and a human not just a patient looking for medication to fix the problem. She is a wonderful provider. I have never had a therapist but Tracy is wonderful as well. The has helped me in so many ways. I love ❤️ the caring stuff.
