At this point in my life I'm pre-diabetic, asthmatic, a employed full-time that rarely get off when I'm supposed to , and grandmother with no real schedule to dedicate to gym memberships or classes although I do work out when I can, I was super nervous at first because of cost, negative comments, looks of judgement, whispers behind my back (which I get a lot of), accusations of jumping on the band wagon or latest trend, not wanting to become dependent. But the staff is amazing and professional. They helped me realize that my decision to seek assistance with my weight-loss journey is nothing to be ashamed of because I'm not doing it for vanity but to regain control of my health and well-being. There's no pressure to go in regularly and I'm the first to admit that I'm not consistent with ANYTHING in life, so I use my here and there visits along with several other all over the place meal prep ideas, fruit and or veggie smoothies, juicing, red light therapy, lymphatic massges and anything else I can think of to help me reach my goal. I've lost 57lbs in a year so if you see me somewhere doing squats or twisting my waist, "Mind ya business" "Don't judge me, judge your cousins" lol Thanks ladies.
