Dr Cappel and his entire team are amazing. From the moment you walk in the office you immediately feel you are in the right place, very professional. Most importantly, the examination was very detailed and I felt comfortable knowing I would receive the best possible care.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location and Dr. Cappel (to be totally transparent though, I just had my first visit). I started the appointment by going to the wrong location, the representative from Dermagnify spoke with me on the phone about how to find the correct location and was very kind about me being 30 minutes late to my appointment due to the mishap. On top of that, the doctor, Mark Cappel, really took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns about my skin and he did not seem in a hurry at all (which is rare for doctors visits). It was very easy to schedule and all the patient intake paperwork can be completed online in advance, so the appointment went very smoothly. Finally, as I was leaving, I mentioned that I had an hour drive to work and I was given a drink and a snack on my out to take on the road with me. 10/10 experience, will most definitely be returning.

Been to specialist in three states and was extremely impressed by Dr Cappel and his staff- Christina so patient and knowledgeable and key part of an office that has such a warm flow rarely found this day and time.. His knowledge and understanding of my situation was incredibly comforting almost instantaneously- 7 hr drive and I'll be back
