This was my first visit to a med spa, and I was impressed. The decor was aesthetic and the front desk was very professional and friendly. During the consultation and service, Stephanie and Jen provided all the information I needed and answered questions about other skin services, such as broad band light. Fees are reasonable, and there was no hard sell, just enthusiasm and confidence that I will be pleased with my results and want to return.

I would totally recommend ProMD for laser hair removal. The owner, Jen, did my first treatment. She was not happy with the results she was seeing from doing the laser wand, so she switched over to the manual setting. She could have continued with the easier method, however, she did what was best for me to achieve optimal results.
