My provider is Charles and I can't say more good things about him. I came to him at a time when I had completely lost hope. Charles changed my life. I was so depressed and resigned to the idea that I would never enjoy any kind of quality of life again. Charles is so caring and compassionate. He's kind, informative and really knowledgeable. He takes his time and comes up with a game plan that gives you hope. I never knew there were so many options. I've been with him a while now and he has definitely seen the best of me and my absolute worst after knee replacement. I can't tell you how grateful I am with his care after my surgery. He went above and beyond in my time of need. There are just some very special people out there and he's one of them. I highly recommend him

This Center for Wellness is an absolutely serene environment. The receptionist is very courteous and professional. I was assigned to Paola Ponce and she was very informative with her insight into my complaints. She’s patient and straightforward, I enjoyed my experience here on my first visit. I look forward to my follow up visit with them. I would definitely recommend this office.

Today while waiting in the lobby for my appointment, I witnessed a customer treat Mayra at the front desk very disrespectful and the way she handled it was amazing. Mayra is always friendly and talks with each patient while having a smile on her face. I have always felt comfortable and welcomed the minute I walk through the door each month. Every staff member treats each patient with high respect. The owner, Dr Campbell is so very kind and sweet. They truly care about every person here at Center For Wellness & Paincare. As a patient going through a weird illness, they have helped navigate my illness and get me the care that I need. For one, the spine stimulator implant was recommended to me and it made a world of a difference in my life! My illness causes weakness, paralysis, nerve pain and the spine stimulator helps me be able to walk as well as helps control my pain along with medication. I would recommend the center for wellness and pain care to anyone that is in need of specialized pain care. The staff is very professional and kind. I myself see Mr. Charles Garrido, from the 1st appointment he made me feel comfortable and listened to everything I had concerneds about. Together we created a plan to get me feeling better.
