I am so happy and pleased that I went to Myocise Wellness they really know what they are doing .I am a very active person who is always on the move ,I exercise 4 times a week .I went to them because my back ,and top shoulders hurt ,when I finished the class and Janice stretched me ,I felt so relaxed ,Janice pointed out how I was standing incorrectly when I did a certain move ,and that stayed with me .So it really changed my life I work out properly and now my back doesn't hurt Thanks to them my quality has improved physically and mentally.Really worth it
