Life Changing Experience Thank you!! First off let me just say I had high expectations because I am a Registered Nurse, and I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Dr. Lugo. From the very first consultation to my follow up, she’s been nothing short of phenomenal. I came to her for a breast reduction/lift, and not only did she completely exceed my expectations, but has truly changed my life. Dr. Lugo is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she’s also kind, compassionate, and truly listens. She made me feel heard, informed and confident every step of the way. The results? Absolutely beautiful. She is like an artist, Better than I could have ever imagined. I feel more comfortable in my own skin, and for the first time in a long time I feel like people see me! Aesthetically, the office is beautiful and always smells amazing. The staff is very nice and polite. Throughout my experience (I’m two weeks post-op) Dr Lugo has been great. I have a direct number to her and the office to call or text either numbers if I ever have a question or concern while in my recovery process. She called the night of surgery to make sure I was doing alright, which i’ve never had a surgeon do. I didn’t have anyone recommend them personally, but they had a very good rating and were close to my home, which is why I chose them. I’ve had surgery in the past, but this was my first plastic surgery experience and I’m glad I chose them. She does surgery in her office and has an anesthesiologist and nurse come in the day of surgery. The anesthesiologist called me a few days before surgery and ran through the process with me and asked if I had any questions which was also new to me as well, but it made me feel very assured that they care about making me feel knowledgeable and comfortable about the process before hand.

I done lots of research before making my decision to use Dr. Lugo for my breast surgery and I am beyond happy that choice I made! Dr. Lugo is the sweetest most caring and compassionate physician I have ever met. She is truly a perfectionist with her work and her skill is unmatched which is the main reason I decided to use her. Her office staff are also very friendly and helpful. The office is decorated beautifully and always so very clean and smells wonderful! I also loved the convenience of being able to text office staff with any questions. I am beyond happy with my results and would trust and choose Dr. Lugo over and over again!
