Dr. Ortega is an outstanding primary care physician. He takes the time to listen and gets to know you both personally and medically. Although I am in excellent health, the few times I've had an issue, he has diagnosed it quickly and has referred me to excellent specialists. His staff are not only friendly and also know me by name, but they are efficient and very professional.

Dr. Lauro Ortega provides excellent health monitoring and care. He is easy to talk to, listens attentively, seems both friend and doctor, and I have no doubt that any time I need him he will be available to me. It is very important to me that I have a doctor who is intimately familiar with my health history, and am glad that I am associated with my MDVIP physician now for long into the future.

I think the doctor and his staff have a well run and organized office but we sometimes disagree on certain topics. I think he wants to keep it too professional and at a distance and does not want to know too much about my personal life which would help with diagnosis sometimes.

Dr. Ortega is new to this practice and took the time to get to know my medical history and about me personally. I was impressed with his looking at my medical needs in tandem with my way of life. I have every confidence that he will be able to take care of me now and in the future

Dr. Ortega and his staff are always very attentive to my concerns and prompt. He is very professional. He is aware of the medications he prescribes and is watching for ways to help me to improve my health. I feel encouraged when I leave an appointment.
