I met Stephanie about 11 years ago when I was going through menopause. My skin desperately needed help. Stephanie suggested microneedling and IPL treatments. Incredibly, my skin improved with every treatment. Since then, I followed Stephanie everywhere she worked, and when the Bella Rose Medical Aesthetics & Wellness Center opened seven years ago, I became a regular client. I drive from North of Baltimore, and some days it takes over 2 hours one way, but it is well worth it. People say money can't buy happiness, but investing in taking care of yourself, your appearance and skin makes you look beautiful, feel great and brings happiness. I continue with my regular treatments of IPL, Microneedling, Age Jet, etc. This year I will celebrate my 70th birthday. Thanks to Stephanie, I look great and feel amazing. No one can believe my age, and I get compliments all the time. In addition, the Bella Rose is a beautiful Spa. The working staff is very pleasant, friendly, and professional. I enjoy all my visits every time I come. Thank you, Stephanie and Bella Rose, for taking care of me all these years.

Stephanie Rose is amazing !!! I had a vascular occlusion that she corrected overnight - not only did I call that day and get an appointment that evening she fixed it immediately. she was so understanding and reassuring, I was worried terribly that my face would never be normal again.
